THE LAKE
Lychgate Lillies is 2.5 acres in size, and as the name suggests, in the summer, there are small patches of beautiful water lilies adorning the surface of the water, we really cannot imagine a more stunning place to try and catch a carp or two!
LAKE MAP & SWIM INFO
SWIM ONE - Gives access to the main body of water, the channel and also the back bay to the right, the fish love to get in the back bay, especially during warm weather or overnight.
SWIM TWO - This is a DAY ONLY swim available for booking with no cabin.
Plenty of margins to target and some great open water spots.
You also have some lily beds which hold fish in the summer.
SWIM THREE - A great swim with lots of water to go at, the open body of water, the margins and the island shelf are all natural fish holding areas.
Listen to our bailiff team and they will put you on the right spots.
SWIM FOUR & FIVE - This is the big double swim with the big double cabin, a great area of the lake where groups of fish always seem to hold up.
Do not neglect the margins, a pre-baited spot will usually produce a bite.
SWIM SIX - A great area that the fish seem to love, you have it all here, island margins, nearside margins, open water, the only problem will be deciding where to position your rigs!
SWIM SEVEN - Lucky number seven! A popular peg and one that consistently produces hits of fish, the fish are constantly passing in front of the swim and it is down to you to give them a reason to stay and feed!
